Vincent Denis was born in Caen, Normandy, France. The rainy seaside landscapes from his childhood shaped his interest in poetic, beautiful, and contemplative imagery. He started tattooing a bunch of friends in 2014, but he started dedicating his full time to it in 2017. Vincent Denis main inspirations come from both music and fine arts. “Whether it’s songs or pictures, as long as it has some soul and depth and it’s made with heart. I love the emotions that come from late 19th and early 20th European paintings, the simple poetry that comes from Japanese art, the beauty through patterns and representation in Islamic art”
