In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for second shipping.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. If we will choose another company it will be specified in your order notes.
As soon as your parcel is ready to be shipped you’ll receive an email from DHL with all the shipment details, and you will be updated on your order status via email or SMS.
