IN CASE YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE:
Varsi is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of delivery and in the original condition.
If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange any item, please contacts us in the first instance.

Varsi cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service. All the return costs will be charged to the customer. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) and print(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging.
Shipped artworks and prints will refund minus the shipping cost.
IN CASE OF DAMAGED PARCEL:
In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us and we’ll proceed to organize the return without any additional cost. In case of availability, the piece you purchased will be replaced otherwise, you will be refunded the total expenditure.
Please remind to take pictures of the damaged packaging to attach in the return request e-mail.
